Learn About Our FarmQUESTIONS
One kind of microgreen, the whole plant, freeze-dried and milled into a fine powder. That's the whole ingredient list. No fillers, no extracts, nothing added.
Sunflower is mild and a little nutty, and kale is fresh and mild, so either one is an easy first pick. Beet has a gentle, earthy sweetness. Amaranth is earthy with a deep color. Broccoli tastes fresh and green. Mustard has a peppery bite, so go easy with that one at first.
A serving is 3 grams. Start there, taste it, and adjust. A little goes a long way.
Fair question. Each pouch holds 100 grams. At 3 grams a serving, that's about 33 servings, or about 90 cents each, and shipping is free. Every gram starts as microgreens we grew ourselves, and it takes a lot of fresh greens to make a little powder once the water is gone.
Shipping is always free anywhere in the U.S., and right now I ship within 10 days of your order. If you're local, you can also pick up pouches at the farm in Hilliard, or I'll bring them when we meet in Hilliard or Callahan.
Keep the pouch sealed and in a cool, dry, dark spot, like a pantry or cupboard away from the stove. Heat, humidity and light are what wear it down, and humidity is the big one. Use a dry spoon and zip it shut right after each scoop. For the best color and flavor, use it within a few months.
Every one. We grow the microgreens right here on our family farm in Hilliard, Florida, then harvest, freeze-dry, mill and pack them ourselves.
They're not certified organic, and I'd rather be straight with you about that. We don't use pesticides of any kind on our farm, synthetic or organic. That's what we call Beyond Organic.
No, it's food. Think of it as greens in a pouch, not a pill or a blend made in a lab. We don't extract or isolate anything.
Stir it into smoothies, soups, sauces, dips, dressings or scrambled eggs. No washing, no chopping, no wilted greens in the fridge. Here are more easy ways to use it.
Not completely, because it's the whole plant. You may see tiny green flecks after you stir it in. That's just the greens.
